Class Description:
Insights to canvas embellishments will teach students of all levels to evaluate focus and perspective of an individually selected canvas. These skills, along with demonstration of techniques to complete the plans offer a framework to approach any painted canvas. Designs may include use of composite stitches, beading techniques, ribbon work, stump work and gold work as appropriate.
Students canvas submission not to exceed 12x12 painted area and may be 13 or 18 mesh.
Stitch suggestions and thread to jump start stitching on their individual piece will be available to each student on the first day of class. Over the 3 days each student will collaborate and continue the development of a stitching plan for their piece.
Times: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM each day

Canvas Submission:
Students must submit their canvas by June 15, 2026.
