I AM A BEGINNER STITCHER, WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?

Welcome to Needlepoint! The Clubhouse offers a free beginner stitchers class the first Saturday of every month. 

We also offer a "Beyond Basketweave" class that takes place every Tuesday from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am - 11:00 and is $10/hr. This class is for when you have mastered your basketweave and continental stitches and looking to take the next stitch! 

Please call the shop to sign up and confirm availability!

 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PAINTING?

LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC DYE LOT?

Dye lots change with each new shipment, so we can’t guarantee an exact match. Feel free to reach out before ordering if you're trying to match a thread in your stash!

 

I BOUGHT A "KITTED" CANVAS, WHAT IS INCLUDED?

A Kit usually includes the canvas and fibers. Sometimes we will add accessories, please call the shop or look at the product listing for more information! 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final at the Clubhouse.

 

CAN I PREORDER AN OUT OF STOCK CANVAS?

Yes! Canvases can be preordered online, as noted on the product page and in the cart.  These items typically take 16+ weeks to ship to you.  If you have other items in your order, your preordered canvas will ship separately. We also offer the option to be notified when a canvas is back in stock on our website - simply go to out of stock canvas you are looking for and click "Notify Me When Available."  And if you are not seeing what you need, please reach out to hello@needlepointclubhouse.com for assistance.

 

DOES THE CLUBHOUSE HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAM?

Yes! For every dollar you spend, you earn 1 Gingham Point. Every 500 points, you can redeem a $20 reward towards your purchase. You can earn points for all purchases, including finishing! Earn extra points for signing up with your email, entering your birthday & following us on Instagram!
